Weekly packages start under 595 euro per person, double occupancy as we have been able to get extremely generous rates from our very good friends at Casa Berto in Capo Vaticano, Calabria.

Located on the Mediterranean Sea, your Yoga & Food Retreat package includes a private cottage surrounded by gardens, daily yoga instruction, remarkable beaches, breakfast and gourmet dinners featuring outstanding local wines, and more. Casa Berto offers an array of lovely cottages ideal for double occupancy, quad occupancy, and even larger groups. We can reserve you the cottage you want, but it is first come, first serve.

Your days at this Yoga & Food Retreat will be relaxing yet organized according to your tastes with daily morning yoga and meditation followed by breakfast. After breakfast, you decide if you wish to go on a planned excursion (sightseeing, shopping, dining, hiking, to name a few) or just visiting the local area and beaches (we chose late September for our Yoga & Food Retreats because the sea is still warm, the weather generally perfect and there are definitely less tourists compared to the bustling summer months). And in the evening we all gather for dinner and to watch the sun set over the Mediterranean, one of the most magnificent sights on our planet.
